Ive Been With HSBC now for a few years and every Question or problem with my account i have it takes weeks to sort out or somtimes they just dont bother;
About a month ago now i lost my debit card i ask for a new one to get sent out,
they say can you please come down to your local branch so i did and then they said you will have it within 7days
it been a month now and still nothing? this is really starting to get on my nerves now.
Also may of times i tryed to use the the Chip 'N' Pin i think since ive started with this bank (about 4 years now)
i think only about 3 times has the card actually worked.
I wouldnt Advise using this bank they have the worst customer service i have ever had from any company.
