After complaining to HSBC about not being able to send a fax internationally to them via an 0845 number (a UK code the bank is using to make money from clients calling them).

I was provided with a new fax number to their service centre in Leeds, the number provided was wrong, we spent weeks trying to deal with this minor problem. Julie Cossons who works in their service centre sent me a letter apologising for the inconvenience of HSBC not supplying the international dial in number and if I had any further enquiries to call an 0800 number (which is only avialable in the UK), what a complete moron! I will post this letter online shortly.

Its taken over two months to get the fax sent in, then last night close to midnight (who on earth calls at midnight?) Julie Cossons called me to tell me the fax was out of date, I informed her we would not redo this fax and then and today she called me to say the fax has been rejected and a new one will need to be sent.

The account will be closed with Julie Cossons as the responsible person for our actions!

Lesson here is do not bank with HSBC the most unlocal Global Bank

You should write a personal complaint against the woman, sounds typically useless like most staff there. Not enough adequate training provided to service staff in my mind. Good luck with that claim.
