In my mind the only person who can inflict change is the top man, in this case its the Chairman Stephen Green. He was paid GBP1,170,000 as a base salary and GBP1,750,000 as a bonus in 2006 so please feel free to get your monies worth because he works for you if you have shares or even bank with them (why you still banking with them is beyond me).
